Currently, Ba does not generally custom-make for individual or non-business customers, as each production prototype takes time to develop with our local artisans.

Ba creations are either one of a kind pieces or limited edition, meaning only up to 4 or 8 pieces of each design (depending on the collection) may be reproduced. However, there are times when the limit for a particular handmade rug collection has not been reached, so more may be produced on request. All pieces may be shipped within 3-5 business days of the order being placed. There is also the option for immediate pick-up of select rugs in Amsterdam, Athens and Cairo.

Currently, all return costs outside Greece are covered by customers. However, for larger purchase orders exceptions may occasionally be made within Europe, UK and Switzerland. Please email info@ba-atelier.com

Due to the handmade process of the items, you will find slight variations in our rugs and tapestries. If you are not satisfied with your product, kindly contact within 14 days of receiving the product to arrange a return or exchange. The customer will bear the expenses of shipping returned or replaced products.
Proof of purchase is required to issue an appropriate exchange, credit or refund. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.
Returns need to be in original packaging and in the condition received.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@ba-atelier.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Client is advised to inspect the products and get back to us within 48 hours. If we do not hear from you within then, we will consider that all products delivered have met quality standards and are approved.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or for rare cases of custom made orders.

You will be notified once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. The amount will be refunded to you within a maximum of 14 working days.
